Saw that my conf room chair and coffee table need more room.. oops

The right side of the conference table is inaccessible. You can technically get to that side through the SO room connection, but you shouldn't have to do that.
I believe that the 5 foot circle cannot encroach the swing the door. It needs to stay clear of that. As you mentioned, you do not have 3 feet between the arm chair and the conference room chair on the north side. Same applies on the bottom.

Again....that 5 foot circle shouldn't overlap the swing of the door (that's what i've read)
