ALT 04 Stair Design - Please Review, Thank you

Please review my vignette and let me know where I may improve.

This one was a dosey. It required (40) 4" risers to reach all three levels.
160" (13'-4"), 44" (3'-8") and 24" (2'-0") are ALL divisible by 4" and NOT 5", 6" or 7".

Large Circles = 48" Diameter (Exit Path Width)
Small Cirlces = 12" Radius (Handrail Extensions)
Large Rectangles = Door Clearances & Area of Refuge
Small Rectangles = 3" Width (Center of Handrails)

01) May handrails on the free side (opposite side wall) encroach the door clear space?
Handrails on the wall of the door may encroach the door clear space.

02) Is it acceptable to widen the stair width as you exit the building (never narrowing)?
I needed to expand the landing and stair to accept the door clearance on the first landing.

You don't need even inch risers!

To determine the number of risers required, work landing to landing, use ∆/7 and round up.

1) No.
2) Yes, but it's unnecessary and could cause problems. You can enlarge landing without widening stair.
