Good morning campers,

Hoping to get a little more review in before the exam tomorrow. Thanks for your time and any feedback. Have a great day!

Looks good to me. Ive been told to add a downspout in the middle when you have a really long gutter like you do on the west side.

Thanks for the feedback! I debated on the middle downspout but on the end couldnt find enough support to justify placing one.

A question: why are you using 3:12 slope instead of 2:12?

2:12 is the minimum, so 3:12 would be OK to use. The program itself says between 2 and 5:12 is ok.

Also... A recent post on the google plus community by an NCARB moderator says you don't need an intermediate downspout....so take what I said with a grain of salt. I'll probably be putting one on my test in that situation unless she answers that it's a penalty or something.

i ended up with a level 3 on my roof vignette. Pretty sure it was due to graphical error. Very frustrating to have to retake the entire exam due to a level 3 on this vignette of all of them.

one thing i noticed is that your clerestory is on top of your roof edge. NCARB's passing solution has it one click off. Coach also corrected this in my post.

In preparing for my exam tomorrow I realized what I did here and most likely in the exam as well. If you note, the elevation at which the clerestory meets the roof is 14'6". With a minimum of 24" for the clerestory and 18" for structure and roof, this means my exhibition roof would need to be at at least 18' in elevation to meet the program requirements.
