good luck mp109! regarding your site grading plan, do you know how far apart the swale "fingers" can be? it seems the start of your 2 swales are roughly 5' apart. this leaves a portion of your foundation exposed to water that isn't getting scooped up by the swales. just curious. i'm taking mine in 3 weeks and am barely beginning to familiarize myself with these vignettes.

I haven't seen a specific distance for how far apart the "fingers" should be from each other. I've just seen people say that they should close. The passing solution from NCARB looks to be about 5' as well.

Maybe someone else on the forum knows and can give you a better response...
