First Attempt!

Any comments would be much appreciated.

- OT needs to open onto PP
- no driveway access to service for restaurant
- are the (3) handicap spots within 100' of OT entrance?
- walkway to public walk is passing through pond's 30' setback
- walkway extends too far (not sure if this matters?)
- nothing built within 5' of buildings (PP)

- nothing built within 5' of buildings (PP) That's not what the program says.

that's all i got for this solution. hope that helps!

Deciduous trees are not in the program.
New coniferous trees upwind of the restaurant serve no purpose.
Winter wind protection for the PP is incomplete.
The walk at the restaurant entry serves no purpose.
Verify building separation.
