SITE GRADING - TESTING ON SUNDAY

Postby dej0000 » Fri May 27, 2016 6:50 pm

My second SPD on Sunday. On my first SPD, I got Level 2 on the site grading, and I could not figure out the error that I made on the vignette (even after re-watching the NCARB SPD multiple times).
Please comment if you see anything.
Thanks in advance.

Have you check the minimum slope, which is the maximum distance of contours?
On contour line 106', it looks like you are getting very close to the existing rock. I would try to avoid that by creating a new "control point" of the contour line.

Can you manipulate contours beyond the building limit line? Contours 106/107 are edited beyond the North building limit line.

Thanks bowenwu & carson for your feedback.
Here's my second attempt.

Here's my second attempt.

The "points" of 108 should be much closer to each other on the east side of the display. Runoff can still reach the display between them.
No need for the berm on 110.
