I am taking PPP in a few weeks and am practicing the vignette. I was hoping for some feedback/thoughts on it. Any major issues that anyone sees?

Also, in the program it lists for "Maximum building height limit between 0ft and 40ft of the east property line of Lot B shall be 20ft above the grade at the property line." I notice in all of the videos that cover this vignette, the horizontal roof line on the east side of the building is only drawn 30 feet over to the west. (If that makes sense). Is there a reason it doesn't extend the 40 feet? Am I missing something here.

In your question, it sounds like you're missing the setback, which takes up the first 10' of that horizontal from the property line, but your vignette looks correct in this, so I may be misunderstanding your question.
