Good morning to all,
do you know how much is the margin of error in the vignettes? I mean how much of you can be from the "lake set back"? Is 24'8" a fatal error? I cannot get the exact 25 feet... or I get 24' 8" or 25' 2"... which one is better?
Thank you....
Taking the test this coming Monday!

I'd always take the safest approach, in this case 25'2" setback is safer than 24'8".
With this approach I passed PPP!
and make sure to practice all Alt Vignettes so you gain confidence in the exam day.

Hmm..I'm glad you passed but I would vote for being under since the setback prohibits construction within the parameters given. In this case 25'. If you go 25'-2" your are not meeting the requirements.

Uh, do you know what the purpose of a setback is?

I interpreted him asking that if the setback was set at 25' that he went over the setback by 2" . Now that I read it again, he set his setback 2" larger than it needed therefore meeting his restriction...
