NCARBPractice Software not accessible! Test is Tomorrow!

Anyone else unable to access the practice software throught the Citrix Receiver? NCARB had a notice it'd be down YESTERDAY, Saturday Jan 24th from midnight to 7 am but I've been trying since last night with no luck. I tried calling but their customer service line is closed -.-

I only have a 64 bit computer. I thought you had to be on a 32 bit? Is there a another plugin to make it work?

Hey I have the same problem. I got the same screen like the one you posted. I also have a 64-bit computer.
Not sure what to do so I have written to NCARB customer service about the issue.

I am getting the same popup 'Still working" ..(ncarb said it will be down 1am-7am..)
Its 12 noon PST still not working. Anyone have any luck or knows if remote XP works with 64 bit windows 8.1

I have downloaded the BDCS exam to my desktop but it doesn't give you access to the program..is there anywhere I can download the vignette program/code?

i was able to download the software to my 64 bit laptop from the ncarb website:
http://www.ncarb.org/en/ARE/Preparing-for-the-ARE.aspx

at first when starting it said it was not compatible on 64-bit, etc but just click "ok" or x the pop out and you'll still be able to open the software. Only thing is, the space bar doesnt work for flipping between the vignette and instructions. I had to pull up the NCARB exam guide to see the problem instructions.
