pre order David Ballast ARE 5.0 review manual or not?

since ARE review manual 5.0 by David Kent Ballast is now available, is there any reason why I should be weary of ordering it? I'm worried it may not simulate the are 5.0, but people are saying that NCARB has met with the big third parties like Ballast and Kaplan to ensure they have accurate testing information. Thoughts?
