Here's my third attempt at the CDS vignette - see anything amiss?

I'm unsure about drawing the footings - are they supposed to go to the top of the slab or the bottom? Does it matter?

Supposedly either top or bottom of slab, according to ncarb g+

But everyone here seems to do bottom of slab on grade. Literally, slab on grade


can't immediately verify the joist/duct height combos... but looks alright.

Have you switched the cad file to do the 3.1 vignette yet?

I did try the 3.1 vignette - attached. I think I have the duct clearance wrong in the Meeting Room. I thought the duct clearance was established by the largest duct on the floor, but I guess I'm confused what happens at the higher ceiling'd spaces. Do you use the clearance for the 2nd floor? or just the largest duct in the higher space?
